Outcomes

In response to COVID-19, Rhyze Ventures program delivery is offered virtually for the safety of clients, mentors, staff, and industry specialists. While the program began with in-class sessions, delivery will remain in an online environment.

All education modules are offered online via Zoom with special attention given to participatory best practices. Group networking, check-ins, and project work with industry specialists and advisors are virtual, however there may be optional in person events as public health guidelines evolve. Flexibility and agility have been relied upon to accommodate the current situation and the safety of all will be our priority as we move into the post-COVID timeframe.

  • Eight months of part-time education modules (six hours/month) led by subject matter experts and seasoned business leaders
  • Small group mentorship meetings with a thoughtfully matched mentor committed to supporting your leadership and non-technical skill development
  • Hands-on project work with industry specialists to help you develop and implement a tailor-made project to move your business forward
  • Building networks that can last a lifetime with like-minded women who aspire to having a big impact
  • The chance to pitch for cash awards or investments up to $25,000 (distributed through a radical generosity approach piloted by SheEO
