With the Stronger Together program, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen key skills crucial to teamwork, in school, the workplace and other team settings, through an interactive workshop.
Module 1: Caring for Yourself
Prioritize self-care in various domains of health. Includes techniques for stress management, mindfulness, time management and goal setting.
You are not required to take the modules in order or all the modules offered.
