In order to reach, connect with and sell to your customers, you need to have a firm grasp on who these customers are. Conducting market research will help you develop a fuller picture. This BC workshop will step you through the process of researching your customers by determining a general overview of your target market, and then digging deeper by describing how to do your own primary research. Learn about surveys; interviews; focus groups and test markets.

We examine how much your time is worth and how important this activity is, in determining your company’s sales. We also discuss how a professional sales approach helps your close more sales.
